Juvo

Making communication and helping each other in local groups
be mobile, safe and secure like never before.
Juvo app presentation

Juvo targets local communities in Norway, including various health associations, specific interest groups, unions and sport clubs.

As local communities grow, it gets harder for owners to unite members and involve them in community life because of poor communication and the lack of initiative from group members. Together with Juvo, we took on the challenge to develop native iOS and Android apps that help local communities have closed group communications in the simplest way possible.

The Solution

List of activities is the basic screen
#1 Taking communication in groups to the next level

All tools for internal group communication in one app. Now community members can organize meet-ups, ask questions, give advice, post news, share useful info, as well as send help requests or assist other members in their area.

Four types of activities
#2 Keeping users' activity private and secure

Juvo does not require any personal information except member's email address, which is not visible for other users. A community member can add a profile picture, choose a username, but still be completely anonymous if he/she wants to.

Selection of the activity on the map
#3 An interactive map with members' activities

Based on location, the app automatically serves users with all the events, posts or questions appearing nearby. This way they can easily attend a local team meeting just 200 meters away, join other members for a cup of coffee, or provide assistance in an emergency situation.

Chat with friends, create group chats
#4 Integration with various back-offices

At the heart of the app is an enterprise-ready API. It helps communities control member access to Juvo without leaving member management ERP, CRM or any other back-office system. Thus, a member can only log in to Juvo if it is allowed by its owning organization.

Selection of the activity on the map
#5 Engaging users with notifications

Real-time notifications ensure that community members can interact with each other when and where necessary. To provide a smooth experience, users can choose the size of the area and always have the option of turning on/off notifications from the app.
