Interactive psych surveys

To help users understand themselves, we implemented four different surveys based on the client's unique method. Together, they give a 360° view of the user's personality, skills, and career choices.

The surveys allow users to discover their strengths and growth opportunities. People can see jobs that match their personality, existing skills, and deeply held values.

Detailed personality reports

After each survey, Xelfer generates an in-depth report about the user's motivations, strengths, and areas of growth. The application features dozens of beautiful graphs to better explain the complexities of the human psyche.

In a couple of clicks, users can generate detailed PDF summaries of their needs, wants, and transferable skills. They can use these reports to work with professional coaches or grow independently.

Professional coaching sessions

After completing the surveys, a user receives the option to book a session with certified coaches. You can enter payment details, select a language, preferable time slots, and get a personal Zoom link.

The application automatically finds the most suitable coach, adds a calendar appointment, and sends notifications via Microsoft Outlook integration. After the session, Xelfer guides the coach through a detailed report creation process for the user.

The application supports multiple revenue streams. Users can pay for coaching sessions in-app. Companies, meanwhile, have monthly membership fees with an option to create promo codes for paid sessions.
